Job Summary

Responsible for managing two consumer health brands in the Vitamin/Mineral/Supplement and First Aid categories which are critical to achieving Avrio Health’s aggressive growth plans over the next 10 years and establishing Avrio Health as an innovative consumer healthcare company.

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and manage implementation of short- and long-term marketing plans that show an understanding of the brands, the competitive marketplace and emerging consumer trends to help achieve Avrio Health’s strategic growth plan
  • Partner with Innovation, Regulatory, Sales, Medical and R&D colleagues to successfully launch multiple line extensions annually
  • Manage the brand P&Ls to deliver topline and bottom line profit according to the annual business plan
  • Partner with Innovation to set forth a strong, multi-year new product pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners and agencies in the planning and implementation of best-in-class marketing communication plans including TV, Digital, Public Relations, Consumer Promotions and Professional Marketing
  • Manage Assistant Brand Manager to help execute programs
  • Build relationships with agency partners and manage ongoing work with them
  • Build relationships with global colleagues and share thinking across regions

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of Brand Management experience within the CPG industry or an MBA with at least 5 years of Brand Management experience. OTC Healthcare experience preferred.  10-14 years overall experience preferred
